Account Information

• Emergency personal phone number
• Postal or work address
• Employee or user identifier (if assigned by your organization)
• Supervisor information
• Emergency contact information

This information is used to identify users, administer accounts, provide safety monitoring services, and contact appropriate personnel during emergencies.

Safety Monitoring Data

When you use the MRF Safety system, we collect information necessary to provide lone worker monitoring and emergency response services, including:

• Safety timer status
• 10-codes or other safety status codes
• Check-in and check-out records
• SOS activations
• Motion alerts
• Fall detection alerts (where supported)
• Alert acknowledgements
• Timestamps associated with safety events

This information enables your organization's monitoring personnel to respond appropriately to safety incidents.

Location Information

Certain features of the MRF Safety solution require access to your device's location.

Depending on the features enabled by your organization and your device permissions, we may collect:

• Latitude and longitude location
• Accuracy of the location measurement
• Timestamp of each location update
• Speed
• Direction (bearing)
• Altitude (when available)

Location information is collected only for purposes related to employee safety, including:

• Displaying the user's current location to authorized monitoring personnel
• Dispatching assistance during emergencies
• Responding to SOS activations
• Verifying the last known location during a safety event
• Recording location history where required by your organization

Location reporting may occur:

• Continuously while safety monitoring is active;
• Periodically at configurable intervals;
• During an active safety timer;
• During an emergency alert or SOS event; or
• When initiated by authorized monitoring personnel, if permitted by your organization's policies.

Your organization determines which location-related features are enabled within the MRF Safety service. You remain in control of your device's location permissions and may grant or revoke location access through your device's operating system settings. Please note that disabling location permissions may prevent certain safety features from functioning properly or may limit your organization's ability to monitor your safety during active monitoring sessions.

The MRF Safety application may continue collecting location information while running in the background if background location permission has been granted and safety monitoring is active.

Device Information

To improve system reliability, security, and troubleshooting, we may collect limited technical information from your device, including:

• Device model
• Operating system version
• Application version
• Unique application identifier
• Battery level (where supported)
• Network connection type (Wi-Fi, cellular, satellite, etc.)
• Crash reports
• Diagnostic logs

We do not access personal files, photos, contacts, messages, microphones, or cameras unless a specific feature explicitly requires permission and you grant that permission.

Support Requests

When you submit a support ticket through MRF Web Map or related applications, we collect:

• Information entered into the support form

• Browser user-agent string
• Date and time of the request
